How do I claim a refund through the Refundable Booking service?
If you added the Refundable Booking add-on to your order, you can receive a 100% refund if you can’t attend for a covered reason and can provide the required evidence.
How to request a refund
- Submit your claim at https://www.refundable.me/en
- Have your order number ready. You’ll find it in your confirmation email, on your receipt.
- Follow the instructions on the Refundable Booking page and upload any requested documents.
Covered reasons include (but aren’t limited to):
- Illness or injury (including Covid-19)
- Pre-existing medical conditions
- Adverse weather
- Scheduled airline failure
- Private vehicle failure
- Pregnancy-related conditions
- Armed forces or emergency service recall
- Jury service
- And more as defined in the cover wording.
