Terms & Conditions

1. About Ahotu

Ahotu (ahotu.com) is a brand owned and operated by World's Sports Group AB (WSG) 559044-2454, registered in Sweden, with its postal address at Brahegatan 4, 114 37, Stockholm, Sweden. Participation in the Ahotu Affiliate Program establishes an affiliate relationship with WSG, not with Ahotu directly.

2. Eligibility & Account Approval

• Affiliates must be approved by WSG before participating.
• WSG reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
• Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment information.

3. Commissions & Payouts

• Affiliates earn 20% commission on net ticket revenue for confirmed orders.
• Commissions are validated within 30 days of sale to account for cancellations or refunds.
• Payouts are made via EUR bank transfer once a minimum balance of €50 is reached.
• Individual commission rates may be adjusted for specific affiliates at Ahotu’s discretion.
• Orders may be cancelled or refunded within 12 months of the original order date. If an affiliate commission has already been paid out for a cancelled/refunded order, WSG reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission amount from the affiliate’s future payout(s). If there are insufficient future commissions, the affiliate agrees to reimburse WSG for the amount paid in error.

4. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates may only use approved banners, text links, or widgets.
• Links must remain unaltered; tracking must be preserved.
• Affiliates may not misrepresent Ahotu or claim official partnership beyond affiliate status.

5. Prohibited Practices

• No paid search bidding on Ahotu-branded or trademarked keywords.
• No coupon sites, cashback portals, spam, unsolicited emails, or incentive-based traffic unless explicitly approved.
• No artificial or fraudulent traffic, including bots or cookie stuffing.

6. Content Compliance

• Promotional content must be accurate, respectful, and aligned with Ahotu’s brand.
• No misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

• Use of Ahotu logos, images, or brand assets must follow provided guidelines.
• Unauthorized use may result in withheld commissions or termination of the affiliate account.

8. Program Changes & Termination

• WSG reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or promotional rules at any time.
• Affiliates may be removed or accounts terminated for policy violations or inactivity.

9. Liability & Governing Law

• WSG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to affiliate participation.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
