Price match guarantee - terms and conditions

At Ahotu, we are committed to offering you the best experience when booking your next endurance event. We ask our partners - event organisers, to update prices in case they change. This should guarantee you are paying the best price out there. In very rare cases, there may be a difference in price, and that's why we give you our Price match guarantee.

If you find a lower price for the same ticket, on another online platform, we will match it!

Below are the terms and conditions governing our Price match guarantee:

Eligibility criteria

1. Compatible listings. The lower-priced offer must be for the same race, same category, and identical offer (for example, they have to contain the same add-on items or services).

2. Verified source. The lower-priced offer must be publicly available and verifiable on an official online platform authorised to sell entries by the event organiser.

3. Time frame. The Price match guarantee is applicable only to lower prices found within 24 hours of booking your race through our platform.

Requesting a price match

1. To request a price match, please send a screenshot of the page where you found a lower price and the URL (the website address from your browser) of the page where we can verify the lower price.
2. Send your request together with your order reference number to [email protected] within 24 hours from your order.
3. We will review your request within 24 hours.

Terms and conditions

1. Exclusions. The following are excluded from Price match guarantee:

   - social media offers, bib reselling services/websites, price errors on other platforms,

   - packaged deals (tickets that include accommodation, transportation and additional activities),

   - offers from resellers (tour operators),

   - group booking discounts,

   - specific discounts not available to all customers (student, elderly, returning participant, etc.),

   - promotional codes and other one-time offers from other websites,

   - discounts that require a purchase of another ticket, service or add-on.

2. Refund process. If your request is approved, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment within 24 hours. It may take 1–10 days for the refund to show on your statement.
3. Changes and termination. We reserve the right to terminate or change this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes made to this offer will be published on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms.
