Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter / Organizer

The virtual race, rewards, and sweepstake are organized and promoted solely by World’s Sports Group AB (“Ahotu”), which is also the prize provider. adidas is not the promoter, organizer, or prize provider of the promotion. adidas only hosts the qualifying virtual race in the adidas Running App.

2. Eligibility

The virtual race is open globally. The sweepstake is open to legal residents of all countries worldwide, except for residents of Brazil, China, India and Italy, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

Participants must have a valid adidas Running App account to participate and a valid Ahotu user account to redeem rewards and participate in the sweepstake.

3. Virtual Race Period

The virtual race runs on 29 November 2026 (“Race Period”). Only activities successfully recorded and fully synced to the adidas Running App during the Race Period will be considered valid. Delayed or incomplete uploads may not be counted.

4. Participation

Participation in the race is free. The qualifying virtual race is hosted in the adidas Running App and is subject to adidas’ applicable terms and conditions. Ahotu is solely responsible for the promotion, rewards, and sweepstake described in these Terms. Ahotu is not responsible for technical issues related to the adidas Running App, activity tracking, syncing delays, or data inaccuracies.

5. Reward and Redemption

Participants who join the Ahotu Virtual 10K on 29 November 2026 on the adidas Running App will receive a unique code redeemable on Ahotu.

The reward code must be claimed by 12/31/2026 at 23:59 UTC. During the claiming process, participants may optionally choose to participate in the sweepstake.

Participants who choose to participate in the sweepstake will be required to create a valid Ahotu user account and select a race of their choice from the eligible bookable events. Participants who do not opt in to the sweepstake will not be entered into the sweepstake and may claim and use their reward code without participating in the sweepstake.

Once the reward code has been claimed, the participant will receive a unique 10% discount code, subject to the terms set out in Section 5.

Unclaimed codes will expire after the Claiming Period and will not be reissued.

Reward codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Discount Codes

Once claimed, the user will receive a unique 10% discount code:

The discount code is valid until 11/29/2027 at 23:59 UTC
Expired codes cannot be reinstated or extended.
Discount codes can only be used on eligible bookable events listed on Ahotu.
Each code is limited to one-time use per order
Codes cannot be used retroactively for past bookings
Codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly permitted.
Codes must not be shared publicly or made available through third-party websites, forums, marketplaces, or social media platforms. Any unauthorized distribution may result in immediate invalidation of the code.

7. Bookable Events

Bookable events are partner events that allow users to make direct bookings on Ahotu at the time of their website visit. These events regularly open and close registration on Ahotu, resulting in a continuously changing inventory. Availability of events is not guaranteed and is subject to change at any time.

8. Sweepstake for races

Participation in the sweepstake is optional.

To participate, eligible participants must, during the reward code claiming process:

Select the option to participate in the sweepstake;
Create a valid Ahotu user account; and
Select a race of their choice from the eligible sweepstake events

Only participants who actively select to participate in the sweepstake and complete the required steps above will be entered into the corresponding sweepstake.

Sweepstake Terms:

The following countries of residency are excluded from the sweepstake: Brazil, China, India and Italy. Residents of all other countries are eligible to participate, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
Winners will be notified via the email associated with their Ahotu account by 01/19/2027 at 23:59 UTC.
Winners must claim their prize within the timeframe specified in the notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
Prizes are strictly personal to the registered winner, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise passed on to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.
Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded. The name and account details used to enter must match the details used to claim the prize.
Ahotu reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Ahotu reserves the right to substitute the prize only where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as event cancellation, date changes, or other unforeseen disruptions affecting the availability of the advertised prize. Any substitute prize will be of equal or greater value.
The sweepstake is void where prohibited by law.
No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstake beyond participation in the virtual race.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ahotu’s Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Ahotu is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the virtual race, use of adidas Running App, or redemption of rewards, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Swedish laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
